I'm having issues with my engine. I recently removed the heads to clean them up because they where covered in white power, the timing was not correct before and there was a very inconsistent spark. i cleaned up the engine earth and replaced the ignition coil and i now have a very strong spark. It will not start though. My guess is the mixture of the timing being off and that i cant set the valve clearance as i don't have a tool to hand and its bloody cold outside would be the cause of this???
My question is:
Is there any garages near me (flimwell, east sussex) that could come and low loader it away. fix the little bugger so its running like a sexy beast again and then i come and pick it up? i cant bring it down as i have no way of driving it.
I do have break down cover but really i could not see the point in calling them as i doubt they will set my timing and valve clearance? lol.
