Canadian Mini Insurance?

Is there such a thing as a classic car insurance policy available in Canada?
What would be a typical type quote for a classic Mini over there?
We have our permanent resident visas and are looking to come over in the near future.
Will be exporting my Mini from UK to Canada.

If you live in a province with public auto insurance (government run), there is a program where if your car is older than 25 years (and be of collectable value), you can apply for collector plates. It is very cheap but you must have a daily runner insured and can only occasionally drive the collector vehicle.
I'm 26, insured since 2005, and my insurance for a declared $7000 mini is about $1200ish a year. I have a 40something % discount for not claiming the entire time. collector plating your car knocks another 60% off of that. That's in Vancouver. I hear insurance is more expensive in Toronto.

My Mini is a 94, so only 19 years old.
Looks like I'll be paying a lot more than the £115 I pay for mine in the UK. I have a policy which limits me to 3000 miles per year but doesn't accrue any no claims bonus as I have another policy which does on my main car.
I'm 42, so hoping that may bring the premium down a little.

We have our 79 mini fully insured for $8000 value and it is +/-$400 per year. It is a second car, and our home is insured through the same company so I would imagine that there are other discounts involved. We are in Ontario, Nova Scotia would be slightly different my wife says (she works in auto insurance). Rates could be higher, or the company may not write the policy for a RHD car as well. It wouldn't be all that hard to insure, but you may have to look around a bit.
