Just like to say a huge thanks to the staff at mini spares north store for there help today fitting a full rc40 exhaust as the old one broke in front of the cat so it now has a full new exhaust from cast manifold back

Since we were driving back to edinburgh it was far to noisy for the drive back

Also thanks for the loan of ramps and jack

Your customer service is the best ever received, great credit to you guys

Really? I have always found them incredibly helpful, nothing more I could ask of them. I wouldn't fancy changing an exhaust on their car park though.

I went up there last week, it's just covered in David manners group now and just Jaguar stuff everywhere! >_<

They just don't seem as bothered as they did last year, and the whole mini parts seems to be more of a side thing and as I said their main focus being Jag >_<

I don't like the new setup as much either, but the staff are still as good. Strangely I usually deal with Dave MG, as I said before I couldn't ask for more. I always ring or email before I go as its a 60mile round trip but never had anything other than great service.

I don't mind the service it's just since the whole setup change they don't seem as bothered about the mini side of things which is a bit of a let down to be honest :proud:

Sorry to drag up an old post, but just wanted to say a couple of things. Firstly, thanks for the kind words, I will pass that over to Dave on our trade counter. he has been with us years and really knows his onions.

And we are going through a bit of a rebrand across the group at the moment, and that includes a new trade counter that is not yet finished. (new signage soon to follow too)
So point taken on the lack of Mini stuff when you popped in, but as you will see from our Facebook page and counter in the not too distant future (and especially our Mini Open Evening next Tuesday) that we are more serious than ever about Mini :)

I have some great Mini ideas for the building as part of the re-branding that I would really love to show you guys now, but unfortunetely it will have to wait a while.

Thanks again to everyone for the feedback, and may see some of you next week :)

Michael
