in order to get the temps you will need bosch sensor which matt has supplied the sensor no. on his forum if you go looking you will find it there. one thing to bear in mind is the the thread of these sensors is different to that of the mini head or anything that i've seen so you will prob have to make your own adaptor as i am.

lastly guys go to the forum and do reading before you start asking silly questions and being lazy. all the info is there it just means you have to pull your finger out your ass and do some homework for once ;)

Could you find out exactly what is included for the £255? Is it just the ECU, MAP/TPS sensor, and wiring loom?

I, like others I assume who are looking at this, is currently running on the Dizzy. Therefore, further to this, we will need:

1) Trigger wheel
2) Crank sensor (which ones are recommended and compatible with Nodiz?)
3) Crank sensor bracket
4) Ford Coil pack
5) Ford HT leads
6) Dizzy hole bung

Anything else? Just want to be 100% sure before I commit, and I'm sure other may find this post useful?

James,

The system includes unterminated loom, USB Dongle and the NODIZ Pro.

In answer to your questions:

1) Trigger wheel - You will a 36-1 type
2) Crank sensor (which ones are recommended and compatible with Nodiz?) We reccomend Ford Mondeo/Focus type, see below.
3) Crank sensor bracket - Again need to make
4) Ford Coil pack - See below
5) Ford HT leads - See below
6) Dizzy hole bung _ To make

We offer a new ford coil pack, leads and crank sensor for £65+VAT, which may save hassle. We are looking into creating an A series specific kit of parts (brackets etc), but that most likely wont be available for this group buy.

Regards,
Matt

Would the NODIZ Pro™ Complete Package be everything needed to set up and go? Or would I still need to acquire extra parts? And just confirm i could run this on a 1380cc A+ with a HIF 44?

I'd like to join in on this but where in west yorkshire could i get it mapped? I'm defo interested in a complete kit. Failing that i could get a Specialist Components tigger wheel kit.

if you can get to Wiltshire then matt has offered to map and set the carbs up for free for the first of us to make it there. if not pop a post up for local rr that are mini and engine management friendly. There are plenty of guys on here that I am sure will point you in the right direction
