The Abarths are great little cars, and beautifully prepared. It's weird following them and looking into the open engine bay :)

They compete in a different class to the big engined Minis and are not allowed as much tuning

 

Kampf der Zwerge is a collection of 3 main series, that race together to form one big grid at major European circuits. (Spa, Nürburgring etc)

It's mainly made up of Abarth, NSU and British Car Trophy (which has two classes for Minis). 

 

This way costs are kept down and there are usually good battles all the way through the field

It's not me doing the driving, it's Tim Harber of MiniMail. I just do the video edits and upload them.

first lap at donington park in my mini 7, absolute chaos. i should never of lifted ! thats what out me in trouble !!!

ha, to be fair mate it was just every one bunching and as you can see from brothers footage below, the white and green car was moving over, touched my brother and my brother get tagged on the back end spinning him in to me…. unfortunately for me i came off worst !

ha !would love to see any photos you have mate.  later on in this race my rocker cover came lose, the car was filling with smoke, i was trying to wave it away from my face every one thought i was waving at them on the pitwall
