I'd never sell it. But if my life depended on it £15kHo much would you value it to sell for?

I appreciate it's never going of worth the sum of its parts. But not nearly half the cost. Otherwise whats the point of insurance?
From an insurers perspective, if we over value a car - we leave ourselves wide open to fraudulent claims.

ill give them a shout then sounds good
just wondering if they can beat the adrian flux/ "flux direct" quote
which seemed to have substantially undercut all other insurers!!

For me RH was one of the best prices along with being the best policy. My mini is my second car, it's garaged and on restricted mileage being only a weekend warrior so this def. helps!

I didn't find RH classic to be very competitive at all, in fact they were the most expensive specialist insurer I tired (HIC, Footman James, Adrian Flux and Peter James were all significantly cheaper). But then the lowest premium isn't always the best one, especially if you're insuring a highly modified/ high value model. RH certainly seem quite thorough and to understand classic cars. So if I were looking to insure something quite valuable, then I'd certainly consider paying the extra to go with them.
