It's had a new valve, new matrix, new thermostat, dad took the pipes off to see if there was a blockage which there isn't and its been bled, still blows cold?

Stupid question is the valve defiantly open to the pipes and is the engine running when you test it after being allowed to warm up, if not no hot water will run through
Hope this helps Jack

Is there plenty of water? Maybe a block where the valve sits?

How would I tell if there's a block where the valve sits? How would I unblock it?

Remove the heater valve should just be two bolts there might be something in there, I don't want to say to much because I'm not 100% sure or something else stuck in the cyclinder head

Sounds like an air lock to me. have you checked to see if there is any water flow through the outlet of the matrix. Whats the temperature of the engine like?? does it run at normal temp??
