hey guys so a while ago now i pulled my engine out my mini to have a new front end put on , now its time to re connect all the wires , but im modifying the loom as i want my headlights on relays as well as spotlights so ive got a relay holder to mount , now i did label them up but my steam cleaned the engine bay after i took the engine out so the labels have come off -_- now ive got a nest of cables and dont know what they go to , the cable colours im stuck on are :

green/blue
white/black
green/red
red/green
red/blue (felling its headlights but don't know if its dipped or main)
blue/white (felling its headlights but don't know if its dipped or main)
green/white

green/blue.....water temp sender
white/black....coil negative / dizzy connection
green/red.....indicator l/h
red/green....side lights
red/blue (felling its headlights but don't know if its dipped or main)...probably blue/red...dipped beam
blue/white (felling its headlights but don't know if its dipped or main).....main beam
green/white...indicator r/h

Blue-white is main beam, and blue-red dip.

I very strongly recommend that you take the opportunity to fit entirely seperate earths for the left and right lights. It may save your life one day. Failure of the common earth (black wire) is all too common, and causes immediate loss of both main and dip. Very bad on a dark road at night.
