Fitting Arch Liners

I fitted some arch liners a few months ago..
I gave the arch a good clean and then sprayed Dinitrol underbody wax all over putting plenty in the seams in the front of the wing, where the A panel meets and all those dark corners etc....
The body work on my mini was in good condition as it had a new front end on a couple of years ago so there were no rust problems...If there had of been I would have sorted these out before fitting..
I only used two of the plug type fixings, one into the fitch panel, the other near the tie bar, as I have W&P style arches and the lip of the liner is secured with screws into the arch lip along with the arch. The liners were a very good fit and the only place I had to trim slightly was on the front corner where it met the front valance.
They keep the road muck and spray from getting into the deepest darkest recesses of the inner wing and up under where the scuttle and hinges are.

Not yet, having said that it has been really cold and my mini is a weekend car.. I have done about 300 miles since fitting but on cold days... I don't think it will be a problem as most of the cooling air comes through the front grill.... I suppose there is nothing to stop you trimming another inch off the inside lip where it covers the vent slots of the inner wing...Have you noticed any difference in cooling with half the inner wing vents restricted?

Where would you buy these and do they fit clubman wings as well?

Here http://www.minispares.com/product/Classic/Body/CAMLO1.aspx?03&ReturnUrl=/search/classic/arch%20liner.aspx|Back%20to%20search I think you may be able to get them slightly cheaper, but can't remember where from.
I don't think they fit the clubman although it says "These have been fitted to all minis but on cars from 1990 with electric fans you have to trim a little away from the front area to make sure that the air flow from the electric fan is not blocked-they clear charcoal canisters etc ok."
I'm planning on modifying some liners from a different car to fit.

It is actually restricted very little as air passes behind the liner, I cut away the lip just in the area of the radiator but its not really necessary. Really do recommend these, I use mine all year round, salt roads also.
Buy from here.... http://www.dereksmin...sale/4529669452

Just found that link through a pistonhead search. I'll give him a bell.
Thanks

cheers for the replys , ive had a new front end and my mini hasn't seen the road yet since it was fitted so there is no mud or moisture in there , what fixings have you used to hold them in place?
I cut some thin plastic strips (2) and screwed these with the liner sandwiched between to the existing black plastic wheel arch surround so it never pierced the metal body anywhere. At the front I used a nut and bolt to an existing hole and drilled just 1 fixing to the actual car at the rear of the liner. Good fix with no movement at all.
Just want to add the pic looks awful but in the flesh you cannot notice the fixings.
