Hi, for sale are my pair of twin HS2 carburetters with manifold.
The carbs were rebuilt about 6 months ago for use on a 998 engine. I decided to build a 1275 instead so the carbs remain unused since being rebuilt. They are nice and clean and have a new black heatsheild & springs as well as 2 new GY needles.
They are mounted to a 12A661 manifold which from research I believe is from a 998 cooper. This manifold is also in a very nice condition.
They have been stored for a while now and show a little wear and tear form this, however they have been kept oiled and are mechanically sound. Unfortunately the filters pictured are not included as I have another use for them.

The only use for that type of filter is to bin them, useless. Had them on mine and they actually strangled my power.

Their over use is purely decorative, I removed them for the reason you mentioned.
