They have been around for years. You can raise the oil pressure by adding washers under the spring, or cutting coils off to reduce it. Thats if you don't want the expense of the above item.

I've know about adding washers / chopping the spring to change the oil pressure but have never seen a simple all in one adjustable solution like this before, that removes all the hassle of all that fiddling to get the oil pressure to pre desired level and at £20.83 it's not going to break the bank.

Sorry if you already know about these, I was just trying to be helpful!

Whats the benefits if i may ask such ?

The oil pressure increases with rpm, faster turning pump squeezing oil through the same size gaps. A relief valve bleeds off the excess oil when it gets to a certain pressure, which reduces the back pressure on the pump saving power. An adjustable valve lets you fine tune the relief pressure so you can set it as low as practical to save the most power.
