Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Actually the above is out of date.

The new levels are as follows:
  • 3 - 1 day posting ban.
  • 4 - 7 day posting ban.
  • 5 - Permanent posting pan.
The rules will be updated when these are finalised.

Don't panic though, the idea behind the changes is that people get two slaps on the wrist before anything actually happens to them. In addition, depending on the reason you were warned, the points are removed after so many days.

For example, spamming results in a point increment of 1, this point will be removed after 30 days.

Existing warnings, those given before yesterday will not be removed no. However I do see this as a little unfair so what I'll probably do is allow 60 days from now, as that's the longest warning anyone can receive at the moment and then remove any existing warnings that don't have an expiration date.

That way everyone is being treated fairly according to the new warn system :-).

Yeah, there was a change at the very start of 2012 which caused yours to drop off naturally.

Also it seems they were all in 2008!

Its for you girls and boys to know how many points you have acquired through your antics that have broken the forum rules. When you get two you are one step away from a ban so play nicely.
