I used a cush coupling on my buggy set up, but i had to get the splines wire eroded in the coupling to match the honda output shaft, the best way to go I would say,
I used a trailing arm set up and the powertec uses ford cv joints, only downside was I had to make new shafts (I did not want to cut and shut the shafts) I am not sure but you may get away with using your old shafts if your lucky. If you want some measurements from the powertec then pm me.

Just found out the price for a qba3r 3500 plus vat bit of a put off any other ideas in the endless pit of differential technology
