Jesus that's a fast little thing, how much did that cost him? I'd love to have something like that someday ![]()

I couldn't tell you how much he's spent on it as he's owned it for years but I don't think it's too bad as apart from buying components he's done the build himself.
The car hasn't even been setup on a rolling road (we don't have one over here), so he's had to do the set up of which I don't think he's done too bad a job!
The basic spec is a 1430, Kent 296 Cam, Single Webber 45, Straight Cut Gearbox and Drop Gears.

^ Are you from the island?

Indeed I am, I live in sunny (cough) Douglas.
I would recommend you register on here so you get notified of any Manx Mini Meets and events. http://manxminiregister.com/
It's nice to meet up with everyone else who has a Mini on the Island and go for a good blast with them! One of the great things about the Mini scene is that there are a-lot of nice, friendly, helpful people in it.
If you PM me your number and your going to be up in Douglas one weekend when it's good weather, we can give each other a shout and I can take you out for a blast in Project 45 if you fancy?!
