  Not an odd question at all, not even the first time it's been asked in the last 24 hours! It's very easy to do, the parts are all available as a kit including a conversion wiring harness.  Or you can buy them all individually if you want.  Speedo ratios are the only tricky bit, especially if the car has ever had a gearbox swap or other work that might affect the speedo drive.

I am looking at getting a mini to replace my little clio. I personally like the 3 dial  setup like this http://i.ebayimg.com...(fT!~~60_35.JPG and was wondering how difficult it would be to convert a later mini to this style? Its a little bit of an odd question I know but once I have bought a mini I wont be getting rid of it so determined to get what I want
