Ok i have had this a while and its been in storage and today was the day to dig it out and start a rebuild

its a 79 t reg with just 30k on the clock, 2 owners from new with a huge folder of service history and every mot.

never been welded

looks like its original paint and the underside its still brown from the factory

previously a auto now has a turbo..... i didnt convert it i would have kept it original but there you go it is what it is

its running a  1310, forged pistons, morespeed booster head, new water cooled turbo, duplex chain running at 4psi

ive been buying a few bits

full Gaz shocks

braided brake pipes

mini fins

oil cooler

intercooler

walnut dash

4 pots with drilled and grooved discs

new side exit s/s exhaust

would like a straight cut box

i dont want to takeaway its original look with big wheels and arches etc keeps it looking at standard as possible but keep the engine and a few little upgrade

so new paint and a clean up of the engine and maybe a s/c box then put her back together

really nice wouldn't expect it to be a turbo by how standard it looks.

Also it looks like it doesn't even need painting?

You can see clutch master and slave cylinders in the engine bay shot so must be a manual
