Moving A Shed

We need to redo the bottom of the garden, and the shed is there. I want to pull it out build a proper base and move it back, by sliding it or fixing it to a base and winching it.
The shed is 10x8 overall or 8x8 without the verander
It's securely made and I think I can jack it up with 4x4 jacks and slide scaff boards under it, fix it down to the boards so it can skate along on them.
Anyone

they aren't normally that heavy when empty
a few beers and a load of mates should shift it
about 8 of us moved a 6x8 shed from a back garden over a wall and into a transit tipper

Started on the shed a few hrs ago and, it's got a bees nest under the floor, hundreds of the little blck-n-yellow jumper wearin gits attacking us.
We've decided to break the shed up now, as its rotten, oh well more expense for a skip, and a new shed........ Money I won't be spending on clothes for Vegas this summer.

Ripped it down, got a man to collect it along with a tree we cut down nod all the rap outta the shed , garden looks massive now. .....but I've ordered another shed, a funky corner one that'll act as the tv bar area when I get the hot tub in, lol
