you will want to take the battery + from your starter , putting the fuses as close to the power source as possible , also you have to have them coming on with your main beam or not at all. you can put a switch on your switching wire ( main beam wire) so that you can have them to come on with your main beam or not . Also take into consideration the correct relay , cable and fuse rating you are going to need
- if you use 2 55 watts per relay the current draw will be 9.16amps so you would want 15amp cable and a 10 amp fuse
- if you use 2 100 watts per relay the current draw will be 16.7 amps so you would want 25 amp cable and a 20 amp fuse
- regarding a relay i would get a 30 amp relay first as last then
If it was me personally i would wire it so it can take 100 watts so in future if you want to go brighter then all you do is change a fuse and bulbs

and if you want to work out current draw its watts/volts = amps
