I reckon fuel tank is still there on the left. There's more space that side before the main compartment. Looks like the spirit shelves are hinged and shaped to swing out around the back of the car too.
Bit of a weird idea, but this is awesome work.

They should put a right hand fuel tank in. One for fuel and one for beer with a tap drilled to the interior side.

Nice!
The only prob I can see is if you park up somewhere and show off you kinda got to offer the admirers a drink. If your driving that means you can't join in and your stuck on the soft drinks!
..........unless the wife drives home!
