i have got the diff out of the box and am changing the final drive and the diff pin. problem i have is i cant see how to get the main bearings off as there is no room to get the puller in i have new ones so can afford to damage them but at a loss to get them off there must be a knack! the next thing is how does the diff pin come out cant seem to find any info on it, as always any help appreciated

grind through the bearing race and job done

 

and there is a roll pin that you need to bang out before removing the diff pin
