Hello I Need Help Couldnt Post This Anywhere Else For Some Reason

my problem is i have reasentl got a new starter motor (inertia) the right one for my engine the problem is the starter will engage the flywheel but wont turn the engine over can anyone help

yer i have put the jumper pack on aswell the starter turns the engine but iver very slow or just a few centermeters and yer the engine turns over by hand fine just been rebuilt

Give the face where the started bolts to the flywheel housing a clean up.

 

Try putting the jump pack straight on the starter motor and see if it turns over form there, it could be a dodgy power cable going from the battery to starter...
