How much would a leaking intake manifold after performance?
Car is putting out 64bhp but the carb was leaking at the manifold, when it was on the RR they guy sprayed it and it would bog down then pick up again indicating a leak.
Would this have an effect on hp much?

Yes, Will make it run lean with not much power. Seal it up and it will make a world of difference.
