Just thought id pop on and say hello!
"Short story"
My wife had an old K reg yearssss ago and always wanted another.
So about a month ago while talking to someone i know the topic of a Mini Cooper came up, seeing picutres i thought...oh yeh, she will like this.
£2500 later and we now have this little baby
K reg and in great condition
The owner before the one i brought it off had a bodyshop. He did the bodywork and ended up storing it in the workshop corner for 5 years.
The person i brought it off put a load of parts on it and.....stored it for another 2 after which he needed room so this is where we can in.
It has 78k on the clock sprayed in a BMW red and as you can see has had arches fitted, newer type dash, a few other bits and bobs to boot.
Overall great condition!
Im not 100% sure about half the things this mini should have so learning as we go along.
Plans.
Well its not in the condition you see it now...loads planned and im well into sorting it out.
I will be doing a journal/build thread so keep an eye out.
