Can you repeat that in English? Or in any known language

We don't all speak 'Laandan. People give advice and help freely and for nothing which saves some people a lot of money by giving them the confidence to do the job themselves rather than a garage. It's a bit knob ish making a rather snide remark on your first post and without any valuable input into the topic.

Give the valve seals a go as they are cheap enough and the latest MPi ones are excellent, but I suspect you will find the valve guides are on their way out too.

As said by everyone valve stem seals, but in my opinion id pull the head and have it rebuilt , new guides , valve grind and new seals that wont cost to much, that way you have a nice new head and if you do decide to rebuild the motor as AC was getting at , its only the the bottom end that you need to do , so its not such a big cost at one time.

to be honest it doesn't sound like the valve seals to me, sounds more like worn bores/rings. the good compression test results being due to the oil sealing the rings, the lack of smoke when cold being due to the oil being thicker than when warm. bad seals/valve guides normally manifest themselves with smoke on start up.
that said the cheapest and easiest thing would be head issues, hopefully its as simple as valve seals. but certainly check the valves and guides for wear, the valve seats for pitting, maybe they could do with a lapping, and give the head a good clean, payen gasket and retorque after the first heat cycle and finger crossed
