Every year I look forward to this weekend (the second weekend in May) because it's L2B weekend!! But not this year because thanks to IMM it's been put back to the 2nd June!! 

 

Now as much as I'd love to do the 1000 mile road trip through the Alps to Tuscanny for IMM, neither of my minis are up to it, (can't really see the wife and kids being up for it either for that matter), so that leaves me at a bit of a loose end this weekend. Worse still, because L2B is in June this year, I can't make that either.   

 

So....any other mini events on this weekend?

bohnams auction at Aston Martin Works in Newport Pagnell tomorrow. the bertonie Jet is up for auction among other exciting things but i think you have to have a catalog to get in (and a mahoosive bank balance)

Your offer is both kind and overwhelmingly generous, but alas I already have two minis of my own, each with a very long list of jobs that need doing on them. I just don't have the inclination to do any of them this weekend!... Plus you really don't want me any near your brakes any way, I have an incredibly short attention span and would probably get halfway through, get distracted and...... holy crap just look at that the size of that pigeon over there!!

I've been putting it off myself too.

Maybe a race meeting at Snetterton you could go watch, or maybe a stage rally locally?

What ever you decide, have a good 'un. I plan to do nothing at all, but will probably get some tools out and make a new dashboard.
