HI all,

Today i had the car out for a drive when i came back home i got into the car

and started it but when i put it into drive the car started to move, i did nt have my

foot on the accelator pedal

could anyone help this didnt happen before

Every auto I have ever driven (lost count) has 'crept' like this. However I have never driven a mini auto so perhaps its not meant to but I seriously doubt it.
I suppose the question is why didn't it before? :-)

A.T.F level is always the first thing to check on any misbehaving auto box (assuming minis use it, its not a CVT is it? Naa no its not.

No ATF in these they run on the engine oil. But worth checking no the less.

Mine definitely creeps forward when in drive or in 1,2,3, and 4...

 

If you have a very low tickover speed may not be so noticeable

Every auto I've ever driven has crept when put into gear! I drove (or moved) 3 yesterday although none of them were minis!

As suggested check the levels and make sure tick over is ok but I don't think thefes anything to worry about
