Rear Wiring Harness Earth Location - Where?

I'm putting the wiring harnesses back but can't remember exactly where the earth terminal of the rear harness should be fitted (i.e the ring terminal at the right of the attached picture). Can anyone help remind me?

  To one of the lower two studs of the light cluster.

 

  Or is it?  Now I can't remember!

That is where I connected mine...

 

As long as you have good metal-to-metal contact it doesn't really matter....

OK, thanks for the replies - makes perfect sense. I was worrying that I may have forgotten to 'fit' an earthing point when I replaced the boot floor.
