Hi welcome to TMF. Get some pics up when you get it, Can you weld? Have a look in the project sections to see how to do bit's, and create your own thread.

dad owns a garage so I have access to anything I need including ramps 
just gonna give it a go.. learn as I'm doing it..

What year/model have you bought? well in that case you should be fine 
Welding just needs practice. What are your plans for it?
