I'm trying to make a system install in my 66 traveller. Has anyone messed about with mounting largish speakers in the dash corners? If so,do you have any pics of how you did it?

my current plan involves making an enclosure behind the dash rail and stacking/profiling spacers to mount the woofer just proud of the dash rail..

Thanks for the link. I have seen that car before, and I love the job he has done, but I am on a bit tighter budget, and would like to keep all metal modifications to a minimum on this car, so I'm trying to use the open space on the dash instead of cutting the door pockets.
