Have just bought a 1984 mini city and the heelboard an front right floor
Pan how much would it cost to replace both!!!

Depends on where you go, front floor pan probs about £120ish, but the heel board is alot more complex as you have to remove the rear subframe. So probs about £450 for that.

 

But prices can vary soo much from place to place. Iv seen people be charged over £300 for just the front floor pan one side.

Other issue is what else will be found while doing these repairs, could cost more than you allow for if not careful.

If both ends of the floor have gine the chances are the bit in the middle will have gone as well. Might be cheaper in the long run and will certainly result in a far better fix to replace the whole floor panel with the heel board and inner sills already assembled
