I'm trying to find a soundproofing pad for behind the dash liner on a mini with a centre binnacle speedo. All the main mini suppliers only seem to sell soundproofing for the engine side of the bulkhead though. The only product I can find for the other side of the bulkhead is through an eBay supplier, but that clearly has slots cut into it to accommodate the later speedo pod that's mounted behind the steering column. http://my.ebay.co.uk...ll?MyEbay&gbh=1

Any ideas?

Well, chaps with Landrovers rave about using Roll Mats as sound insulation on their landies, much cheaper than any dynamat or similar products.

Ill be giving it a go sometime over the summer, on both the mini and new defender.
