Just updated my report. I have bought myself a new lens as I cannot now afford a body. I used a company and paid by Debit, even though everything is going to be ok. I still had that horrible feeling before pressing the button. 
 

In the next couple of days I will write this Mark a letter.

Dont think he'll be too worried about getting a letter !

Really? This guy is ruthless con man who's prepared to lie and cheat to get what ever he wants I doubt a letter will appeal to his better nature because he obviously hasn't got one.

I'll bet he takes a glancing look and toss it to one side and carry on a rip some other unsuspecting people off.

But I am following things by the book, it is a required by trading standards for me to move further on with them. I can't get anywhere without doing what they ask, no he won't reply, and it isn't a proper address for him but I need to do it.
