Phew, all missions accomplished.

 

Drove my new mini home friday without incident and have covered 120 miles over the weekend, any excuse.

 

Also succesfully went to meet wifey at her sisters after they came back from snowdonia.  I think she likes it, how can you not?

 

I was a bit worried the 850 would be underpowered and the brakes inadequate, but no way its sooooo much fun to drive.  And, i have no intentions to change anything, just keep it all totally standard.  Looking at the history file of old mots etc its only done 10,000 miles in the last 30 years, still under 65k  on the clock.  Theres a few things need sorting but its pretty darn good for a 50 year old car.
