contemplating buying bucket seats for my car, having never done this before I just asking how hard would it be for example to fit these bad boys? http://www.ebay.co.u...=item564f72330f. What would I have to alter or fiddle with? I'm bloody clueless at anything like this...

Thanks.

You'd have to alter your deoderant......nice fake plastic leather = sweaty back!!!!!!

That said, with the correct runners i reckon they'd be a simple bolt in job.

now you've said the sweaty back thing. What do you reckon would be a good alternative that wouldn't result in flooding the beast with my sweat?

They look quite wide, they will either go in ok or never go in at all. Minis need fairly narrow seats. There are clearance issues with both the rear bins and the B pillar. You need to work out the max width of the seat then where that occurs front to back compare that to the space in the car and that will tell you if they will fit. My guess is that it will be very tight.....

@ tamworthbay - Width and that I will need to look into at moment i'm not going to buy anything just doing some looking around cause one of my original 30 seats have got a massive rip in em and if there too expensive too repair ill just spend about same amount and drop some buckets in em!

@IainNeon91 - them recaro's look mint but a bit of leather or fake leather ;) as the case may be are shinier and i'm attracted to things that are shiny. Lovely mini you've got by the way stalked it a bit on this forum :D
