hi i have been told to get one off these so my front brakes lock up more then the back ones. i have messaged the chap that is selling it and he said....

I am unsure what fitment the classic mini brake line is? The bias valve is 1/8 NPT, if you could check what the mini brake lines are then I may be able let you know.

this is the item i need. http://www.ebay.co.u...984.m1423.l2649

 thanks tom

This will need to be plumbed in to the line, so cutting, adding new unions and flaring the brake line. You can get the right unions, just make sure it's suitable for your brake line diameter (6mm IIRC) :)

I think it's a 6mm diameter brake line, I am not sure. You will need to double check this so I don't cause you any issues!!:P

I would, doesn't look to bad, but I can't see it in hand so I don't really know

why do you need the fronts to lock up more?

As surely if you have enough braking force to lock the fronts, any more braking efficiency clearly isn't needed as your exceeding the grip from the tyres anyways.

the brakes work fine when driving normal but if i slam the brakes on the back end comes out as the back brakes lock first. so was told to get one of these to fit on so more fluid goes to the front ones first rather then the rear. thanks tom

Try rebleading the fronts and see if that makes a difference.

Also there should be around a 70/30 split where your front brakes do 70% of the braking hence the need for a bias valve

I've got a servo set up on my project with its got two lines, one for the front and one for the rear, the system features one of these https://www.google.c...7jAqjizeaJmB-M: it does all the balancing and pressure distribution, it's a later type set up I think completely different to what you've got on your project

Here you are mate this listing talks more sense http://www.ebay.co.u...=item4d0ccddb06

What you'll need by the looks of things is 2x male m10 unions that will fit your 3/16 line, should cost you about £3 for 10 of ebay ignor the male to male ones you get free with it

You ever done any brak flaring before? I can take you through it if you want, I've just learnt my self

Trac

Edit here's the unions you'll need http://www.ebay.co.u...=item257bfe3edd
