What Next Or Mpi After Stage One

I have had a stage one kit fitted on my mpi for the past few months( which is epic) and I am wondering what I should be looking at next to start improving its performance, I know inevitably it will be a new head, but I don't have the cash for that as I have just spent quite a bit replacing the suspension and shocks, new wheel bearings etc etc.
What should I be looking at next before I inevitably go for the head, is that really my only next step?

Maybe the trumpet knuckle has worn through the nylon cup in the top suspension arm? Does it squeak over bumps as well?

realistically you are looking at head mods as the next step. You could go for a larger throttle body but the gains are debatable and the cost isn't cheap. I would suggest you pm AC or speak to Keith Calver or someone similar with regards to head mods.
You could just buy the "stage 3" kits available but the MPI wouldn't realise the potential of such mods, much better to get a head built to suit your engine and your usage.

Keep an eye on the specialist components website for their stainless LCB, really good quality and quite cheap. Then you are looking for a filter, most go for the K and N, if you don't mind a bit more noise then the complete filter and housing replacement such as this http://www.minispare...s/Air.aspx|Back
Or just to replace the filter then this http://www.minispare...-0189.aspx|Back to
with regards to your suspension, it could be the knuckle joints as stated above or it could be a collapsed cone, best thing to do is get under there and have a look really.

Stage one I got from maniflow, and believe me mate Jesus I love it, she's loud, but not like Chavy loud, and pops like a women possessed, but in a nice way.
My thread and buckle t the hi Los was actually bent, it's pretty easy to see, if not looks at the tie bar bushes and the main area.
P.s sorry for the Late reply
So I take it I need to research the best head now then??? Unfortunatly me being in jersey how's the best way to match it up to my engine?
