This is a full fibreglass 2 seater, based on a mini jem variant of the mini marcos. It is a very rare little kit car one of only 8 left in the uk. and one of only 28 ever built. It still retains the mini subframes running gear and engine. this car in particular has had refurbished subframes fitted with all new bushes and hilos. The car comes with a complete metro vanden plas in parts, I had planned to swap everything from the wiring loom to the seats over, It has a full custom stainless exhaust which was made for the car. and a rear roll cage.
Bodywork wise this car had been started to be prepped it will need fibreglass repairs to a rear arch which i decided to remove. and the bonnet will need to be finished. The bonnet has been raised in the centre because it does not clear the rocker on a standard engine. the rear panel has been glassed and smoothed in preparation for finding a more suitable set of rear lights, I had planned to use clear mini indicators with the correct bulbs. A set can be bought from ebay cheaply. I also have a set of datsun 120b rear lights, going with the car also.
It has 12 inch kn jupiters which will need a refurb, it also has metro four pots which are in great condition, I also have the correct ball joints for a mini subframe. I have gradually been collecting all the bits up to build this little sports car. Unfortunatly this car will be sold without and engine as that was sold earlier to fund a possible vtec conversion.
The car owes me alot more than I am selling it for but I have a genuine reason for sale, So please buy this and finish this rare little sports car.
