Hello Guys and Gals,

I have finally got my car up to the north of scotland after it being sat at my parents for a couple of months!!!  I hope to start work on it very soon probably tomorrow I'm that excited about it!!!

Thought I would make a project thread to help keep track and no doubt ask for a bit of help as it's my first big project.

Here are a couple of pics of the car to start with.  The only thing I have done so far is fit the heavy duty clutch to the engine.

cheers bud,

hopefully things will be a bit more productive when I get back.

Thats the trouble with having too many toys, not enough time to play with them all!!!!

Lovely!  North Scotlands a big place, where abouts are you based?  Looks like a big budget build.  I like them.  Lots. :D  KAD brakes should come with a porn warning!

Looks like the start of a promising project. Is that a Scorpa in your profile pic?

360, I'm in lossiemouth, aye the KAD stuff is sexy. will look even better when I get them in Red.

Tupers, yes it is  a scorpa 08 model, been tempted to replace it with something newer but can't bring myself to part with the bullet proof yam engine. oh and I keep buying more toys!! got a ktm exc 200 enduro bike too, shall be racing that this weekend.

Hopefully not too many years!!! Had a look at your build thread, sweet work! Looks awesome. I have similar ideas for mine like moving filler to inside the boot, shaved doors and boot, internal bonnet release, custom dash, door cards, poly windows, half cage in the back and I think I might go for flappy paddle gear change too. Oh and after reading your thread I have managed to find a mbx bristle blaster on eBay.

Well been back a few days now so done a few bits and bobs.  Most of the engine mods are done and started stripping out the car.

Does anyone know what sensor it is that goes in the air box?  also do you have to fit the front sprocket nut or can I just leave it off?
