Anyone know what eventually happened to the No.89 World Cup London to Mexico 1970 Mini entry.....after 1984?

I've got no info on the Mini, but i to would be more than interested to find out where it is now... Amazing bit of kit!

Very interesting......Looks like an estate shell, with a saloon rear panel and 'obviously' two extra doors.  Very cool.

Hi everyone, Apparently this shell had been found and is currently being restored back to its former glory. Personally love to take more photos of it to aid my kit building quest I'm on. Lol.

To my knowledge the Mini is a van with a Mini rear end welded onto it. The two rear doors were in effect taken from opposing sides and reversed...hence the four door look.

There are some newer versions of this concept being used as wedding cars, so for those of you thinking of hiring them.....jump online he he...lol.
