Mini Cooper D
2010
19500 miles
out of warranty at the end of June 2013
The stop start isn't working and I rang the dealer a few months ago and they said that it might not be working because of the cold weather or low battery. i waited until the weather got warmer and the battery seems ok as it never caused me a problem, the stop start still not working. I rang today again and I was told that it might not be working because the car has very low miles for it age and because of that the battery is probably low. If i took it into the dealer for them to look at it even if its still in warranty and if they have to charge the battery I will have to get billed for it. Is this right?
Could someone advise me on this please? Thank you.
