the upper of the bulkhead on my austin1986 mini has rotten away and i can fit my fingers through the gap.
whats the best way to repair this? would i need to take the scuttle off and if so the wings and front as well?

A hard one to comment on with out seeing the extent of the rot
maybe an idea to get some photos up.
