Can anyone explain to me the relative benefits (if any) of these rockers?

 

We always use the "bigger" (standard?) ones, so these have been sat on the shelf for a while and I might as well get rid.

 

Any idea on what they are and what they are worth? Note they came of 998cc engines, if relevant/

They look to be the standard pressed steel items that were common to all A's before the A+.
