Was thinking simple gloss Black paint with white 1275 vinyl
Then white leather interior with black pipping ...
good or bad ?

I wouldn't go for white stripes on a black GT (up to you of course). If your looking for a traditional setup then it's either Gold or Silver stripes. I always fitted Gold but seen some really nice ones with silver.

I'd say don't go for arches and stick some proper retro 10's or 12's on. Sounds like you don't want to go down the original route?
