Just a really quick update to sat that 'Chop' is now taxed, insured and MOTed.....

...so legally speaking it's fine to drive on the public highways....... :D

.....practically speaking though, it's a real pain to drive, I've had to tweak the suspension damping and ride heights (won't do drop kerbs or speed bumps. The rear is still WAYYYY too harsh and I've put my back out with the combination of very little suspension travel and wooden seats >_<

Such is the price of vanity (and the inability to put my 'sensible' head on) ;D

Never mind, soldier on........

See you all at IMM :highfive:

Well, I was lucky enough to camp very near 'Chop' at the IMM. The wood effect 'in the flesh' is astonishing, let alone the 6" chop...

I actually saw someone knocking it with his finger, saying to his pal : "see, this IS wood !". Unbelievable.

Thank you Chop for the tour !

Aw, Thanks all :shy:

Seems like there's a bit of love out there for 'Chop' I didn't realise how much interest this would all generate.......

I'm just a bloke in a garage, building stuff that amuses me, with stuff I find.

All I'm saying is watch out for Project "Tearchop"-  coming to a workshop, nowhere near you, soon ;D

(I think it's WAY cooler)
