I've gone for the neglected look with my Twin HS2's, can't wait to get them bolted on!

are the throttle spindles Ok? - mine had big steps in them where they had worn so I need to find someone to re-bush them

I have to agree with you on that one!

I wan't really going to put them on in that state  :P

I'm lucky enough that they haven't been over sprung, so it was only the shaft that was worn, in fact getting the new in was very snug.

Will the angle of one of the float chamber tops be awkward? I was thinking of using the Cooper type fuel rail but one of my tops is wrong in having an input and output tube.

Good spot John! I'm hoping that I can pinch the float lid from my HS4 currently on the min. I'm sure there the same type, just with a different orientation. If you have any old carbs lying around you could try the same?

Managed to get a bit done over the weekend, the thread seems to be getting a bit samey, so this will be the last engine bay photo. I've done a bit on the suspension, next i'll be getting the hubs built up and on! So will get lots of pics of that action!

She runs and sounds bloody brilliant, not sure the misses is going to appreciate the induction roar as much as I do...

I know in my last post I said I would get lots of pics of the action... I got carried away with building it up sorry about that, and the poor quality of the photos I did get. I've left the pads out as I haven't cleaned the disk and don't want to risk any contamination.

I've got a few parts from Potter Bar in my boot for the next trip up north, hopefully I can some work done on the mini *cough cough* I mean visit the family.
