EDIT: I got my facts a bit wrongwrong lol.
Still find it hard to believe that in 2001 almost 3/4 of mini 30's still existed, and today only 1/5th.. Surely not that many minis have been scrapped in that time?

Yes it is. It just sucks the data from the DVLA.
Practical classics were using it for a while until they realised the data was ridiculous. I can't remember the exact car but it was something like a Volvo 240 estate and there were 19 convertibles left. They stopped doing the articles because the DVLA records bear no resemblance to reality.

I agree. My family have owned a few cars (the HL I just bought for one) that don't exist on the DVLA database. I'd take the figures with a pinch of salt.

Completely agree, the figures are a million miles out. Good way to increase traffic to a website though.
