Looks OK apart from stickers & 12?'' wheels :( was this a Mk4 then originally?

Cooper S rev rims with chrome caps & obviously the lowering --- love the 'needs a tap with the lowering stick' comment

I would be tempted to fit a Mk1 boot as they look so much better or lose the current light & just fit a Mk1 light underneath the plate. I would also fit Mk1 rear lights to match the moustache grille at the front

No to spotlights (but if you drive in the winter fit 4)

I would also put the frt plate in original position

Std. 70's chrome mirrors

Chrome door window trim

& as said maybe a smaller rev. light (also, don't you want that on the N?S??)

That looks tidier.

change the rear fog light for a chrome one and change the front indicators for the old style ones with the chrome ring that were fitted on Mk1,2 and 3 Minis.

Well spotted, a must methinks :D

Oh yeah

Did u ever use yr reversing light then? Don't u miss it if u did?

AFA spotlights go, I think the Italian Job stylee lamp bars look best with 3 spots but leave bare at the mo, fit them when light becomes an issue :D

+ just be doing some trawling on G-Images, may not need a photoshoppe :D

Mk2 with rev rims, overriders & door trims (can PS the Mk4 bits on if u like?)

s_Morris%20Mini%20Cooper%201969%20MkII%2

Mk1 Cooper S with overriders & corner bars& works Minilites (etc.. conc. PS)

Not really ahah every where I parked had lights and they car wasn't working well last winter :P
Can decide between rose petals or reverse rims defo getting over riders and corner bars might move the number plate and get a badge like above most of this will have to wait until October as my next to pay days are taken ahah

Thanks that's good to hear unfortunately the styling will be on hold for a moment as my gearbox has a massive crack and is leaking oil like a sieve but watch this space for September/October and it should be lowered new head lights badges and any other bits I can find

My mods would be:

P700's, sump guard, retro mirrors, glass indicators, fog light mounted on the rear valance, centre exit 'zorst, dunno if its the pics but it looks like the rear plate could do with centralising a tad :)

Oh, and a session with the lowering stick ;)

These are good suggestions, would look classy!

I like your reverse light, it just needs to be lower down. You can fit a hinged number plate holder off a mk1 with light to your existing boot.

Overriders and nudge bars make it look older, but rally cars didn't normally have them.

Mudflaps are another option.

Fat tyres and flares definitely

Have a look at my car in signature link, all things I did too.

From memory there should be only one wire to the indicator, the holder grounds itself to the body.

Now you need a proper rally exhaust, a centre one with a long upswept pipe! :P

I've been having some really bad electrics issues as of late and I've been getting really annoyed with the car, so I thought i would try to postpone sorting it and focused on tidying the outside of the car so I bought some new indicators I fitted them yesterday and tried all of my huge electrics problems have been sorted so thank you for inadvertently fixing it by getting me to spend some money :P
