All I would do is swap the mirrors. Not to something necessarily chrome.the stock ones are just a bit cheap looking. So find another style you like. Seeing as you are going for a slight racer style, but its not MK1 style .you could go for the small carbon race style mirrors. Or if you like that look, but are on a tight budget get some second hand motorbike mirrors. I reckon black would look good.
Keep the 12s.... It will save you money form converting, plus you wont look like every other mini on 10s.
You could paint them silver if you like. But Personally, I like them white.
Maybe lower it a bit once you have the money.
Overall, I reckon its looking very nice now.

You must have had a dodgy earth on one of your indicators. Did you go for amber or clear lenses? Clear are my choice.

This is weird, i work as a delivery driver and currently restoring my mayfair, i've seen your mini and everytime i have to go to P. avenue i stick my head out the window to see how its looking lol (which is good)
