ok poor old nora's on her last legs after 130,000miles the old girl needs a new engine.. im on a very low budget (no v-tecs etc) but id like abit more power and i need to be able to fit with out a profesional.
any one got any ideas? or inded any don'ts?

MG metro 1300 engine will go straight in with very few mods needed

Thats as long as you have disc brakes fitted, don't fit a 1275 if you are still running drums

I ran my 1293 with drums all round...
well i bought it like that, cudnt say i was too happy about it tho, lol i wudn't recommend it at all!

hahaha I'm fitting a slightly modded 1275 with four wheel drums! only because I'm rnning out of cash though.
