Just read up on your build thread. Fantastic work getting the van shell to look so good. Best of luck with the rest of the build :)

Great workmanship going on there matey, please don't take this the wrong way but there's nicer arches out there but if you like them go for it
Well let me hear you opinion, I don't se many track/ fast road build estate/van's around here so maybe there is something better.

It’s been a long time since we posted a update but we will do a big one shortly. The shell is basically solid now it just takes a lot of time too finish everything off nicely. Front doors are done for 95% done. Only the door gaps need some attention at one or two places. Already started on the seat mounts and bonnet mounts.

We started working on the mini again so we will post more updates from now on, one thing we gone done in the meantime are the mounting point for the bucket seats. they are mounted as low as possible while the are on seat rails. So they are fully adjustable.
Now with the seats mounted.
I also found one of the last two full rear door skins for the estate/van. First i bought the last two from a dealer in the UK but they crushed them by accident in the warehouse. these came from a mini specialist in Germany and they where the last existing ones he knew of, since heritage doesn't make them anymore. Now we can finely finish the rear doors and then al the door are ready and solid.
The front doors are also ready, both door needed a bottom repair since the were filled with construction foam and a new outer skin as a result off that.
This is how the mini looks right now, hopefully soon with some running gear.
Managed to find a mini saloon shell that was cut in half for a limo project, guy didn't finish it so i bought the front half of it. Its mainly for engine setup and subframe fabrication for the K-series since i want to keep the inner wheel arches as compleet as possible. The compleet front end of the Estate is new so i don't want to cut the new panels to scrap on the first try.
